Grateful
I’m a firm believer that we all have a reason to be grateful. Being thankful helps you develop a positive mindset, and I am sure we all have more things to be thankful for than not. Many studies have been done on the effects of expressing gratitude, which support an association between gratitude and an individual’s well-being.
